In 2025, SiChain Semiconductor continued to maintain strong growth momentum, with its SiC MOSFET market share rapidly expanding in sectors such as photovoltaics, energy storage, and charging piles. More notably, the company achieved several breakthroughs in the new energy vehicle sector, securing development and mass production project assignments from leading international and domestic automakers for BMS, OBC, and in-vehicle air conditioning, particularly in main drive applications. In the emerging AIDC field, SiChain Semiconductor also established robust partnerships with top power supply suppliers both domestically and internationally, commencing bulk shipments in applications like HVDC, SST, and PSU. 

By the end of the third quarter in 2025, SiChain Semiconductor shipped 12,000 SiC MOSFET devices and chips, marking a nearly 300% year-on-year increase, while SiC MOSFET module shipments grew by approximately 200% compared to the same period last year.
